Fee waiver in favour of a donation to the HSG Foundation

To support the University of St.Gallen, lecturers at the Executive School of Management (ES-HSG), Technology and Law have been able to waive their fees since January 1, 2023. This will flow as a valuable donation to the HSG Foundation and will be used for strategic projects in teaching and research.

Nicole Herzog

The tech entrepreneur and business angel studied law at the HSG. She has donated – as the first lecturer ever – the fee for her involvement as a lecturer in the latest board program of the University of St.Gallen to the HSG Foundation.

«My studies at the University of St.Gallen and the people I had the opportunity to meet there still enrich me today, both in my professional activities and in my private life. By waiving my fee, I can give something back to the HSG and support its continuous development.»

About the Executive School

The Executive School of Management, Technology and Law at the University of St.Gallen offers dedicated inhouse and open executive programmes to clients across a range of industries and locations. At St.Gallen, it is our mission to promote life-long learning at all career levels. We offer MBA and the Executive MBA programmes as well as a range of open programmes and inhouse custom programmes. In December 2022, the Financial Times once again ranked the University of St.Gallen among the top 5 business schools in Europe.

For the most senior managers and executives, we offer a comprehensive portfolio of board programmes. This portfolio covers topics along the entire board career. For example, one programme supports like-minded peers who seek to secure their first board mandate (St.Gallen Board Practice), one programme facilitates CEOs and executive committee members from large companies in transitioning from an executive into a non-executive role (St.Gallen Board Academy), and one programme is the leading peer exchange platform for Europe’s most successful and experienced chairs and board members (St.Gallen Board Retreat). In 2024, we will launch St.Gallen’s new flagship board programme, the St.Gallen Board Certificate aimed at prospective and incumbent directors who would like to extend their board skills. For detailed information on the individual programs or other questions, please contact boards@unisg.ch.
